the customer service here has Completely gone Down Hill I called this location today and spoke to the manager, or I'm assuming it was the manager on an application that I filed last Friday and she said in a very shitty and snotty attitude "I'm not hiring". I'm not upset about that fact they're not hiring, it happens. The employees were very standoff towards my family. The lobby area had bugs flying around as well. Im not one to leave a review but i came here after reading reviews of poor attitude. I can deal with that but the bugs in my food and flying around my children i cant deal with.
Food is consistent. Service was pleasant and speedy. Was able to get my food and had plenty of time to eat with only a 30 minute lunch break.
Ordered a Philly Steak Sandwich. There was virtually no meat on the sandwich! When I questioned it at the store I was told it was under the melted cheese along with the onions and green peppers. The cheese was virtually flat to the bread and I’m told there is meat, onions and green peppers underneath the cheese? I didn’t push the issue further because there were other customers behind me.
