I think that if your open until 9pm then you shouldnt be shutting your equipment down until atleast 8:45 but 8:15- 8:20 is a little crazy, customers walking in should be notified upon entry that subs cant be heated. May as well close at 8 and spend the last hour cleaning. Went in to order food and she didnt tell me they had already shut the toaster off until she made the sub and I asked her to toast it then she was throwing the food back in the containers when I told her I no longer wanted it if its not heated. Christmas Eve to keep from cooking so much we decided to just grab a bite. Called to make sure they were open and they told us yes we sure are. Get there and find sure they were open, but Literally had nothing. One white bread and some other whole grain (which is fine) but also had nothing to choose from meat wise just turkey, and some not so good looking tuna.
