The best Subway in Prior Lake.
Take out was closed. No biggie but the drive thru was super frustrating. ALL touch screen to order, no interaction for questions. I completely get it, they were changing signage and staff was apologetic but I will never use use drive thru again. All prices have gone up, no issues with that but the experience of drive thru will keep me away. Food was still very good
The app didn't load our second sandwich. When we showed multiple forms of evidence for the order, in it's entirety, the GM Salvador still refused to make us the order! I'm not a huge believer in the "Customer is always right." but when you ask for multiple forms of evidence and we provide it, we should be met with apologies, the order the way we've showed it to you and maybe throw on a cookie because Subways app is a POS.
