When they say they're open until 11 and we try to order a sub at 10:40 and the doors are locked?!?! Tried this store prior and an employee was aggressive with me when I was ordering, slammed the toppings around and huffed.
Placed an online order when I picked up my sandwich I pointed out that the sandwich wasn't toasted like I had indicated when placing the order. The employee insisted it was toasted after touching the cold bag. I asked if he could toast it again but he refused and again insisted it was. I left the store and when I got home to eat surprise surprise it wasn't toasted.
Unfortunately the employee who helped me and my coworkers would not listen and was quite rude when corrected. The food was pretty good, and most of the staff was friendly and efficient.
Flat bread was very dried out.
