I love this subway been coming here for years and they know my order by heart!
Placed a mobile order a sub and a personal pizza on the app - waited the 20 minutes to go in and be told they do not have pizza. He was very hard to understand he wanted to give me a 6inch sub as a replacement. This place also never takes your available coupon codes. Waste of $40 for a thin layer of meat and bread.
I have had horrible food from here the bread was so hard it fell apart and it taste like mold they don't follow instructions and never make it right I will never eat here again I tried 3 times with the same results
Both my wife's and my order was incorrect. Didn't use the italian bread we both ordered , didn't put any tomatoes on a BLT sandwich plus 1 piece of bacon. No green peppers, no banana peppers and mayo which i didn't order on my turkey. Just basically made what ever they felt like making to send us. Stay AWAY !!
The older lady that replaced the younger lady working here has horrible customer service. I’ve ordered from here a few times over the past couple of months and every time something about the order is wrong or it’s not yet ready when I ordered it 20 minutes before arriving and the store is almost always empty.
