Ordered my food online had no idea it was it a secure building did not say so on the app called the store. I had already paid for my food and they refused to walk it out to me. This is why people don’t come to Subway anymore. let’s stick with Panera were u get good customer service.
This place is on inaccessible property for public. Owners should remove this. I drove all the way to pickup lunch to find it inaccessible and missed my lunch break. It is inconsiderate to keep it listed on Google as subway location.
