Good customer service .
There is a sign on the door that says first responders get 20% off but upon showing them my first responder id badge, they didnt honor the discount, and claimed they had no idea what i was talking about, which was disappointing.
I stood outside this subway for 20 minutes until 8:15 a.m. and no worker in sight, despite claiming the open at 8:00 a.m. Extremely unprofessional.
First, if you happen to visit this store between the hours of 2:45-4:00 it’s the WORST! The high school kids from the nearby school descend on this entire area and it’s terrible! The ratings for this store are terrible, but the people are friendly, professional and very nice. The food was fresh, and the portions were plentiful. Again, avoid the timeframe I’ve listed, but truly show this store some Business due to their lovely staff.
The service was soooo good !! I got my sub made just the way I wanted!. I had a special request to be made and it was perfect thank you to all the employees who greeted me when I came in !
