Might be the worse run subway in NOVA. Continually get the wrong order when ordering, and communicating with staff is next to impossible. Don’t know how subway corp allows this franchise to continue. Truly hope the manager reads reviews but somehow I doubt it.
If you want to eat all the Mexican seasonings instead of meat, this is the place for you. We ordered 2 buns with meat and salad! We ate all the Mexican seasonings, we didn't find any meat!
Very condescending "Customer service" has no patience when asked about the availability of certain items looked as though she was about to stop making my order when I had to tell her dont speak to me like that due to her bad attitude will not return
Ordered on line, 2 foot longs with foot long cookie. Employee said cookie was in the bag, a single cookie was there. I had to wait while fl cookie was made. No apology, no thanks for waiting. Never again!
