So a couple minutes ago I went at 9 pm bcz It said it closes at 9:30 pm but they lied bcz they actually close at 9 pm because they are just lame and I agree with the 1 star reviews
Went to get some lunch today using a new Subway coupon and get a free cookie for my birthday. I've not been to this or any Subway for a few years. Learned this particular franchise does NOT accept coupons as written or would even honor the free cookie birthday gift I got via the Subway app. I wanted a Club, which was eligible for the coupon deal, but all they offered was a lower cost sub. They also have issues with taste of their fountain drinks. Sub was OK, but I will not be a customer here again.
Terrible service. Terrible food. Dirty.
I arrive at the store and the employees are sitting. I order two sandwiches. Another person arrives and asks me, "Do you want anything else?" I asked my husband and we ordered one more. He replied, "You should have told me before." The last order was last minute. There were no other customers, it was just me. If you don't have patience, look for another job or just don't go. I'm buying, not asking for free. ;( It's sad for me.
