Very poor customer service. App glitch, and they didn’t recognize it. I finally walked out with incomplete order that I paid for in full.
Customer quality was good the workers were nice
I came in for the BOGO footling promo that was advertised on the app which wasn’t working. The employees didn’t know and directed me to manager Mohamed who also didn’t know I asked if it was the wrong code and he started yelling about how he doesn’t eat at subway and he doesn’t know.
