⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had the best experience at Subway! The food was delicious, everything was very clean, and the customer service was excellent. I tried different items on the menu, and everything was great. The staff were friendly and professional. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. Highly recommended!
It was 8:48 PM tonight, and I just finished eating my sandwich—which was a ham sandwich. Right after eating, I noticed the woman behind the counter holding the ham from the container from which my sandwich was made, and she appeared to be killing an insect or a bug on the counter right next to it. It seems that the bug came directly from the container of ham. To the management please check camera because it is very unsanitary.
Service really good
Generally what you expect. Employee needed to listen to the condiments request a little better.
Very poor customer service. App glitch, and they didn’t recognize it. I finally walked out with incomplete order that I paid for in full.
