Every employee seems to be incompetent, we stood there for 15 minutes staring at the employees on their phone. At one point both made eye contact with us and they continued to go in the back and not come back out again.

Specially for Hunter, This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The employee, Hunter, was extremely rude and unprofessional from the start. He outright refused to take my order and kept making excuses instead of doing his job. His behavior was dismissive and completely unacceptable for someone working in customer service. If this is the standard of service at this location, it’s a serious problem. Management needs to address this immediately because customers should not be treated this way.

First of all, I have never been treated this poorly by a food establishment in my life. The level of unprofessionalism I experienced was honestly shocking. I placed a DoorDash order for a sandwich, Coke, chips, and cookies. When my order arrived, the cookies were wrong and there was no Coke or chips included at all. I called the store, and the night shift manager with pink hair told me I would have to bring the order in for them to fix it. I called to see if it was open phone picked up then hung up right away , called back they answered then asked if they hung up on me and he said yea I did ,then hung up again the I called back asked if I could speak to the Manager then he said that in the morning I could then hung up again very rude for no reason.
