Ordered a meatball sub. I even asked to have it toasted. After received it. I sat down to enjoy. When I bit into it I was surprised to find the meatballs almost still frozen and ice cold. When I complained the counter person took the sandwich an basically threw it back in the toaster oven. I suggested that may not work and got an eye roll. When she pulled it out the bread was hard and petrified basically. The meatballs were still cold and the bread was as hard as a rock. They refused a refund when I asked.
