I just want to shout out to the two employees who helped me after I had a bad experience at another store. But again everyone makes some mistakes. No one is perfect. Staff is very nice and helpful :)
Ordered a meatball sub. I even asked to have it toasted. After received it. I sat down to enjoy. When I bit into it I was surprised to find the meatballs almost still frozen and ice cold. When I complained the counter person took the sandwich an basically threw it back in the toaster oven. I suggested that may not work and got an eye roll.
