Everything was ice cold. I did a pick up order ten minutes before I picked it up, I tried one of those new pretzels, the cheese was out of a refrigerator cold. And they did not even heat up the steak on my sandwich. Just because I don't want the bread.Toasted doesn't mean I don't want the meat warmed up. Disgusting
The boss sub. I added produce and I received without. They said they'd fix it. They gave me the veggies in a container instead of fixing. Highly disappointed in them... several times in a row now. They were out of turkey and I had to sub that out on 2 subs. The only good was that I got to choose my 12 cookies. We won't be visiting the subways near us any more. Oh and made in the wrong bread for 3 subs. Ugg
