There is a weird disconnect between ordering on the app and in the store. I ordered a wrong sandwich. I immediately called the store and canceled. Then placed the correct order. One $7 sandwich. The store says I need to get a refund from corporate. Corporate says they dont give refunds. What's the point of having an app? Other restaurants have figured out refunds. Do better Subway.
Everything was fresh, the service was excellent, and my baby girl got absolutely everything she wanted, and if baby girl is happy then I'm happy.
