I went to Subway two nights ago to get a chicken salad sandwich. I'm not going to focus on the negative but on the positive at 8:15 last night the manager called me and apologized due to what happened and offered me a free sandwich. Thank you for caring about your customers. And making it right. I would recommend Subway in Peru and LaSalle because of the integrity of the management. Thanks again and have a great night.bye
Came here to say to get subway 10 minutes before they close and doors locked and the employees just stared at me
I never leave reviews for places because normally it’s really not that big of a deal. But me and my boyfriend just drove up and all of the workers were sitting at a table, clearly upset that we were coming to get food. It was 8:00pm. The restaurant closes at 9:30. I am a server at a restaurant and would never go somewhere close to closing time. So we chose somewhere that still has a while before closing. One of the cleanest subways I have been to in the LP area. Staff was absolutely on point with being prepared, ready and had everything stocked. This will definitely be the only location I'll go to!
