I ordered a spicy BLT with Mayo and Avocado sauce... paid $2.50 for the extra sauce.. they put a spicy sauce with no Avocado sauce... Paid almost $14 for a sandwich that was wrong. I ordered online with 2.5 hours in advance!!!! Not happy!!!
Management and particular employees, rude, very rude and disrespectful to another employee. Overheard two talking about one very rudely. I will NEVER go back to this store and I hope the employee that was being talked about and ridiculed finds other employment and tells them where to stick their attitudes. Yall work at subway, you aren't any better than anyone else who is out here working and trying to make a living, better themselves, and support their families. Grow up!!!
I keep trying to order from this subway because it's closer but they are always out of what I want and for some reason I can't change location for the other subways.
Extremely rude customer service. Ordered a sub to go through the app.. came to pick it up and the door was locked. I called and asked why the door was locked and the employee got extremely snotty and said she just unlocked the door and then hung up on me.
Ordered food for the second time and they don't have anything apparently. Same excuse as last time. Went through hell just trying to get over $60 refunded.
