I am posting a review here because I don’t know how to review or give kudos to the kid working.. When I got to subway there was a long line.. Nick was working all by himself.. no help.. he was kind to every customer, he handled the lunch rush with grace.. he had a smile on his face the whole time.. good job Nick! You are doing good work kid!
The two boys working today deserve to be congratulated. Excellent Service and very polite and courteous. I don’t this often but I will return here just to eat. Great staff

2 stars is for the employee being so nice or it would have been one. They were out of so much stuff. The poor employee felt so bad... the dining room was messy but he said he was really busy. Bread was dry I almost don't even think I needed my sandwich toasted... but for how much stuff they were low on or out of I was worried about listeria... Quick reminder about why I don't do subway.
Second day in a row, I was given stale old, dry, cracking bread for my sandwich. I asked for a refund yesterday ( it was so dry I didn’t even take one bite)and I was just given a copy of my receipt that stated I could get a free sandwich instead of the refund I asked for. Thought I’d try again today. Same thing. Not quite as dry as yesterday, but can still tell it’s a cut of bread from some time last night. It’s gross. I won’t be back especially in the morning when they are giving out yesterday’s old bread leftovers. Please ... read more
