I placed an order for a footlong to pick up, in the app it marked that it would be ready at 4:55pm, I arrived at the place at 4:15pm, the attendant said she couldn’t prepare my order even though I had nothing to do, she was talking and fiddling with her cell phone for about 30 minutes and I was inside the store waiting for the good will of the terrible attendant to prepare my order!
I tried the new Protein Pockets for $3.99 and it was really good! I had the Peppercorn Ranch Chicken Pocket and I love that it had 24 grams of protein. It's not super filling, more like a light lunch but I would definitely get it again... especially because of the price. It's the one thing that you cannot make it your own way, it's as is. Very clean Subway, a smaller than average place to me, quick service, the worker made what I asked quickly with no problem but she wasn't actually friendly and didn't smile. I ordered a meal of the day and it came out full priced. I asked the employee about it and he had no answer just a smile and sorry. There was a man behind me who said that happened to him the prior day and he left. I ended up spending $21.00 for my meal
before we paid, we wanted to change our meals from fountain to bottle drinks. the employee said we asked for medium fountain drinks and couldnt (wouldnt) change it. no one was in line behind us
