I ordered a meal of the day and it came out full priced. I asked the employee about it and he had no answer just a smile and sorry. There was a man behind me who said that happened to him the prior day and he left. I ended up spending $21.00 for my meal
before we paid, we wanted to change our meals from fountain to bottle drinks. the employee said we asked for medium fountain drinks and couldnt (wouldnt) change it. no one was in line behind us
The one person in the shop was about as warm as a glacier. The lettuce was turning brown. The tomato had also been out for awhile. He dropped some bread on the ground and laid it on the counter instead of trashing it. Just not the experience I have always had in this location.
The philly steak portion size was abysmal, and the price of a 6 inch is $11 these days!
GIRL WAS ON HER PHONE TALKING TO WHOEVER THE ENTIRE TIME LIKE UOUR BOTHERING THEM BEING THE CUSTOMER....RUDE NO EXCUSE
