I go to this specific store 3 to 4 times a week, David and Kat are absolutely amazing, they are pleasant, and and really care about their customers, I dont get that at any other subway, that is why this is the only one in town I go to and tell everyone I know to go there, if it wasn't for Dave and Kat, it would just be any other crappy subway
Got a footlong Club to go for lunch. Nicolas was a sandwich artist! He was friendly, attentive and made a great sandwich. I highly recommend this location, it was a great experience.
Ordered a footlong for pickup today. Got home and the tuna sandwich is SO soggy. It is also missing 7 of the 9 toppings that were ordered. Called the store 5 times to see if they can make another to pickup or get a refund. No answer. Called an 800 number with subway and no live person to talk to. Very disappointed with the service and the food. Money wasted and no service to correct. Looks like Jersey Mike’s will get my future business.
