Went in for lunch. There was no line. Two people were in the restaurant and had already been served, seated, and eating. I stood at the counter for three minutes and was never acknowledged while the two employees carried on a conversation. They continued to talk and my lunch time was very limited so I left. Went next door to food city.
The guy upfront named David is extremely rude. I came for a specific sandwhich (grilled chicken) they were out but said it was frozen the other guy making the sandwhich said it would be about 20 minutes to thaw the chicken I wanted so I was going to wait but hungry and when I asked if I could make half the sandwhich the rotisserie chicken and wait for the other half the guy he said it would cost extra & when he went to ask David he was extremely rude to me saying the chicken will take HOURS to thaw after the other guy has ju... read more
The last two times I came in you were out of Cucumber slices. And I always get them on my sandwiches, next time I go in and they don't have them I will take my business to Jersey mikes all the time. I usually come in at least once a.week.
I go to this specific store 3 to 4 times a week, David and Kat are absolutely amazing, they are pleasant, and and really care about their customers, I dont get that at any other subway, that is why this is the only one in town I go to and tell everyone I know to go there, if it wasn't for Dave and Kat, it would just be any other crappy subway
Got a footlong Club to go for lunch. Nicolas was a sandwich artist! He was friendly, attentive and made a great sandwich. I highly recommend this location, it was a great experience.
