This Subway is always short-staffed. I ordered online and still had to wait over one hour just to get my food. The lady working there was kind, but she was clearly overwhelmed and helpless due to the lack of staff. Walk-in customers were being served before online orders, which made the wait even longer. If the store can’t handle online orders because of staffing issues, online ordering should be turned off. This situation really needs to be fixed.
Avoid this location at all costs if you care about your health
I have ordered from this Subway twice on Uber Eats. The order was entirely wrong both times. The first time, I received someone else’s order. The second time, I ordered a veggie patty flatbread that, you guessed it, came on Italian and was missing the veggie patty…I didn’t order the veggie delite. Highly disappointed and will not order again- their employees clearly aren’t detail-oriented.
