The service was horrible, we walked in to order for 7 people and told the person working that it was all on one ticket and he swore at us and complained about how he was the only one there. And every time we would ask for something on our sandwich he would just stare at us until we were just like nevermind. The person working had long blonde hair and a scraggly stubble beard. I had ordered a modified sandwich and whenever I got there, I picked it up and whenever I got into my car, I opened it to see what it looked like, and half of the sandwich was squished as well as it not being toasted as I asked. I went back in and asked for it to be remade, and she looked at me and said “ I’d have to ask my manager first and they are not here right now.” So I looked at her and said “are you serious?” And she said yes, so I turned around and threw the sandwich in the trash. Dont get what u pay for u buy a 6in ur get a 4in the lady was very rude and didnt listen when i said light and drowned my sandwich
Waiting for my mobile order since 20 minutes. I can see four customers were served after that. Mobile order does not help me to save time.
