Terrible customer service and food. Ordered through the app and went in to pick up. The guy working there tossed my food on to the counter and walked off. Asked him about the soup I ordered and he stood there looking confused and then said 'We dont sell soup' but I was charged for soup. Why was I not informed of there not being soup. Then I leave after not receiving a refund just to check the sandwiches I get home one is supposed to be a Tuna sub with deluxe meat on Italian bread with some veggies. Walked in at 1:30 (in the afternoon) for my 30 minute lunch break to be told by the subway guy that they aren’t taking any orders right now. Mind you their lobby had patrons in it eating their sandwiches.
So Subway, if you're going to eliminate probably one of the best things you have meaning the footlong chocolate chip cookie bar, there's a little reason for me to buy anything else from you.
I went into subway for a sandwich and instead got Food POISONING !! Unbelievable.
