Terrible customer service. The ladies just stand around and do nothing until the last minute. I've placed countless online orders here, come inside and just sit and watch them do nothing until I finally say something about my pickup order. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to make a sub when you're doing nothing else

The staff is unprofessional they think they are doing you a favor by serving you they have old Tomatoes and spinach and lettuce I had to leave i wasnt eating that old food
I love subway! Except this location inside of Walmart! So far 2 times I had bad experiences hoping today will be better. I waited over 15 minutes for someone to help me. I saw a lady in the back and I ask/wave her if they were open. She seemed very upset and yelled at me saying “one moment”. Took another 10 minutes for her to come out. She didn’t wash her hands and she was fixing her shawl and hair in front of me. She is really rude, had an earbud and was talking on it and not paying attention to what I asked.
