When I was eating here today, a lady came in demanding her sandwich be remade in a different way than she ordered it online, even though it was already made and packaged. She harrassed the two employees that were there. She used profanity, yelled, and shoved a camera in their face. Both employees handled the situation very professionally and stayed calm. additionally , this location may need a whole new staff.. while i was arguing with the lady making my sandwich, the other lady working ignored me (the paying customer) while the blonde lady spoke to her in spanish while refusing to make my sandwich the way I WANTED! because my sandwich effect her shift so much! terrible experience! worst i’ve ever had at subway and i won’t be back to this location!
i wasn’t even able to get my sandwich that i ordered. the person making my sandwich (pic attached) decided that she didn’t want to make my order the way i wanted it done. because it caused so much disruption to her life to make the sandwich in the way that I (paying customer) wanted my sandwich made. she clearly has terrible customer service and doesn’t listen. if she wanted to make my sandwich the way she wanted to make it, she should find another job that allows her to do that! so i left without a sandwich because i’m not ... read more
