Ordered delivery TWICE thinking maybe they accidentally hit cancel the first time on a simple two sandwich and cookies meal for $22 and they cancelled both orders. Now just to clarify I made sure the location doesn’t close til 9pm and also delivery orders are accepted up until 8:30pm. BOTH times I tried to place my order were more than 18 and 10 minutes before then(beings I had just got off work and home). Not sure who made my food because I ordered through DoorDash, but it was absolutely horrible. To start, I asked for double toasted and my sandwich was not toasted at all. The sandwich was SO skimpy, barely any toppings. The tomatoes on my sandwich were very mushy and old tasting. When I called, there was no answer. I usually order from the University Subway in CF when I go in person. I won’t be ordering from the Logan location again. Very disappointing.
