I ordered online at 9 am to be ready at 1040 waited an hour for my food if they knew they wouldn't be ready they could have atleast told me I guess I shouldn't have paid online! To top it off they didn't have the bread I ordered, continued to serve people walking in. Maybe if they fulfilled my order they would have had the bread I wanted. Grandparents Day at school - everyone wanted Subway. :) The young man who took our order was very polite and not at all rattled by the crowd of people.
Ordered 3 different sandwiches online, and got 2 that were the exact same. One was toasted (shouldn't have been) and the same one was supposed to have pepperjack cheese, and Italian herb and cheese bread but came with American cheese & white bread. The other one was for the kids and it had salt and pepper, (that was an order for mine. Not theirs, came on both. and had no tomato's. Didn't notice till we got back to dundee to feed the kids.
