Went there at 9:07pm they close at 10. Waited until they put mean on both of my sandwiches to say they can’t get more lettuce bc they close soon. Only had enough for half a foot long… and… fully expected me to want it. I swear I love my ppl as a race but at the same time my ppl got the worst customer service.
The staff at this location works really well as a team and the assistant manager is eagerly working right alongside them. Everyone was smiling and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. I ordered a footlong turkey combo, nothing spectacular, but it was made perfect to the T with fresh ingredients.
When you walk in the store it feels familiar, but as soon as someone one comes out, you get rushed through your order and hurried out the door. I personally will not ever visit this one again but to each its own.
I put in a mobile order and had to wait about 30 minutes past the initial “ready by” time, while customers came in after me and were immediately helped.
