Well it would of been better if the guy in front of me didn't order four subs , but the host apologized .
Update! I’ve been back here a few times and they have really stepped up their game! Good job!! They still don’t take coupons, which is a disappointment. Despite friendly staff, service is slow, extremely slow at times, even if you’re the only customer. Bless their little hearts….and then they want a tip, lol. If you’re in a rush just go elsewhere else.BTW they also don’t take the coupons!!
The subways in defiance don't honor any coupons or deals. Be careful, they will lead you to believe otherwise and then bait and switch you right before you pay. I'm guessing they are all owned by the same slumlord. Employees are super rude too
Both the lettuce and tomato on my sandwich were NOT GOOD. Both were bitter and both had a strange chemical-type taste to them, like maybe something they get sprayed with to preserve them.
