This place just needs to close down for good. Staffing issues are depressing. I waited an hour for my online order because the only two people working were only taking the people waiting in lines orders. I was also ignored twice and a guy came in after me with an online order and got his right before me.
I just entered this place with my son, the boy who was at the counter ignored us, we looked at the menu and decided what to order we approached the area my son said sorry and the boy just looked at him and looked down continuing what he was doing, at the same time the girl who was there at the counter acted as if we were not there, without saying anything I left the place since it seemed that I was a ghost
First time at this location in person. I went on a lunch break and sat in line for about 35-40 minutes. The single worker that was working kept coming up to the window and joking with the car in front of me as well as taking awhile to do another cars order. I offered to use my name for my pickup order to just help move things along and wasn't met with a very nice tone. Would probably stick to doordash once the lobby closes if I'm honest.
This specific location is god-awful. Genuinely the worst food I have ever spent money on.
