My family and I stopped into the South 97 location in Bend for lunch around 1230pm on 11/26/25. I dont know the boy's name, but he was amazing. He was working the lunch rush by himself and never once complained or had anything negative to say. He stayed friendly and worked quickly, even when people just kept coming in. Whoever he is, he is phenomenal and definitely an asset to your team!
It took 20 minutes to wait just for 5 people in line and there cups where so dirty
I like how the environment is casual yet refined.
The bread was so hard it was barely edible, and the sandwich was overloaded with mayo, making it unpleasantly soggy. I won’t be ordering this again
