Had the Teriyaki Onion Sandwhich. Was excellent. Service was great. Even got a free cookie to go with it because of the bacon added
Just left Ashland, MO subway and it was literally the worst customer service I have ever had. The guy making our sandwiches was obviously high on something and they were too worried about talking to each other and not on making our sandwiches. My boyfriend had to tell this kid FOUR TIMES what he wanted on his sandwich and was blatantly rude to him when he asked for half of the sandwich to be toasted as the other half is for a float trip we are going on tomorrow. So nasty, it tastes like cleaner...like I can now imagine what toilet bowl cleaner tastes like. Must be chemicals they put on the veggies. I will now mark Subway off my list of options and stick with Jimmy Johns.
I travel as a career and subway is my favorite choice in a quick nutritious meal. I have been all over the united states and this is the worst subway I have been too. Not only did I have to explain to the young lady how to make my sandwich but the manger which I later learned was named Deb was on her cell phone in the back. When my order was complete I asked the young lady to speak to the manager and she said she was bbusyin the back (on her cell phone) I did not have time to wait for her to have a concern for her customers.... read more
