This is the WORST subway location. They never get the sandwich’s correct for an online order. The people are rude. And just overall a bad experience.
Been there several times at 7:00 in the morning when the website and Google and all that says it's supposed to be open and they're not open and I even went to the other one that's on Estrella right by the I-10 supposed to be open at 7:00 and they're not open
Tried them again… even worse!! And they won’t answer Absolutely terrible! Ordered a sandwich and it looks like someone tore the bread in half and made the sandwich. Also missing ingredients and was so soggy it looked a day old. Maybe since it was postmated they thought I wasn’t going to see it? Also the store will not even answer my call to solve the problem. 5 minutes later, drove over and turns out the employees have closed early?
Why is the bread always rock hard at this location? I used to get wheat, and it was barely edible. I thought it was a one time thing but went again and it was horrible. Got white next time it was fine, but today it’s rock hard. This place is gross. People are nice but I’m done with this location for sure, and likely subway for good. Do better. Rock hard bread is unacceptable.
This place is terrible. Online order was ready a whole 30 minutes after the estimate. They were out of a bunch of ingredients. Only one worker. No manager on shift. Flatbread was frozen and unavailable. Just terrible experience overall. Didn’t get the correct sandwich and paid extra for more meat I didn’t get. TERRIBLE
