Horrible service. Under staff or something only one kid was working which I think the stress was getting to him. He was so rude! Not once did we get a hello or welcome in while we waited like 10 minutes to be asked if we needed anything? I did a pick up order and still wasn’t ready.
Horrible customer service on 7.12 2025 at 5pm. When I walked into the establishment the male was in the process of finishing up what appeared to be a fairly large order with a female customer. The female coworker was in deep thought with whatever was happening on her cell phone. Neither individual acknowledged my presence. The female, while still holding her cellphone walks over and starts assisting her male coworker with getting condiments for the other customer instead of taking my order. worst customer service ever.. not one word said to me and i got there 15 minutes AFTER my order way supposed to be ready i watched him make it.. again not one word in the 7 mins i was standing there
This is the WORST subway location. They never get the sandwich’s correct for an online order. The people are rude. And just overall a bad experience.
