Ceecee and Nico were great!! Doordash delivered our order somewhere else and the subway staff made it right when I got there. They didn't have to but they did and I really appreciate it. Thank you Ceecee and Nico!!

Alan was my sandwich maker today and he was absolutely amazing. Kind and very knowledgeable. THE REASON I GAVE THE FOOD CATEGORY ONLY FOUR STARS IS BECAUSE THE NEW FOUNTAIN DRINK STATION ONLY HAS ONE OPTION FOR SUGAR FREE.
Had a pickup order today showed up at the time the app said… order wasn’t ready they said okay we will start it now.. cool I thought it would’ve been done by the slotted pick up time. I let them make the order doesn’t take long i ended up stepping outside to wait, when i go inside, foods done. when I get home and unwrap my sandwich it was just wasn’t what I was expecting. I walked in and before I was even greeted, I was rudely told that they were not accepting card cash only and that if I had a pickup order, “that’s it.” No hello, no explanation, no courtesy. After that, I walked further inside and the employee turned around, went to the back, and completely ignored me. No acknowledgment at all.
