I placed an order through the app, when I got there they said they didn’t have anything on there system. I showed them my order and that I had already paid. They said they couldn’t make my order even though It had already been paid for. This subway is a joke, me and my wife are out 47 dollars and no subs. On the site we ordered 4 subs for pickup, not only one our side with the site but our bank account clearly shows payment went through. I get there at the time it says for our order to be ready. I walk in this gentleman tells me it's not come through on their side. Then proceeds to tell me that because it's not coming through he can't and won't make my subs even though we clearly paid for it. The Counter employee decided to start and finish another large to go order while I stood there waiting to pay for my already finished order. Pitiful Service. I do not recommend this location. Cold Food now. If I could give a 0 I would.
