This location consistently doesn't have anything and doesn't offer substitutions on sales when they don't have the inventory. I was just offered to have frozen chicken put on the sub and "heated" on the sandwich. The meal of the day is still frozen in the back? And we can't substitute the sub or the grilled chicken for the rotisserie style. She said that wasn't an option after looking towards the guy that I assume runs the Subways in this area. This is one nasty dirty Subway. Every table is filthy, the floor has food and trash. I'm sitting here watching people eat here and wondering how.
This is only the 2nd time we ate at this location and was highly disappointed. I placed my order online, when I walked in no one was behind the counter so I waited a few minutes, then the guy working put my bag on the counter and walked away. Both of our bread was very under cooked, the steak was mostly on one side of a footlong. It was like it was just slapped on and the employee didn't really care.
