I went and asked for the sub of the day, it was an American club, I said I don't want the ham or bacon because I'ma Muslim can we do turkey only , the shorter man making sandwiches begins smacking his teeth and shaking his head saying no . And we can't do it .. Giving me an attitude for no reason.. horrible service..I just left I didn't want to spend my money there after that.
Sky was absolutely amazing. Polite and attentive. Her coworker was equally amazing. I would give them a 10 if I could. July 7, 2025 around 11:42 I went into the Subway, Belleview Blvd Alexandria. One person was at the counter. She didn't have a name tag.one Customer was in front me. The lady called for help and another lady came out. She did have a name tag but her name wasn't clear. Very nice people
I had my order delivered at work( could not leave work..). Order arrived via doordash employee( who was amazing), the store forgot an item and refused to refund/resend item out to me on their fault. Said for me to come pick up, .... I'm at work, I cant.. so the doordash driver stepped up with amazing customer service and picked them up without being paid to do so.... Subway pick up your customer service and care in general for your own mistakes. I will not be returning to this location.
