Service unbelievably rude just stood outside and smoked with a line inside. We waited over half hr to get a takeout order. Unbelievably wrong and rude.
Just a fair warning/Public Service Announcement: If this Subway screws up your order, under no circumstances will they EVER take responsibility. Example: I ordered through Door Dash the following: 2 foot long subs and a 6 inch sub. A task too daunting evidently. When I received the bag from Door Dash it was sealed. We ordered through doordash thinking it should arrive by the time my husband got home from work. We ordered around 5:30 and our order wasn't completed until 6:45. Our dasher said they didn't even start on our order until about 10 minutes after they got there, and then the dasher had to wait an additional 35-40 minutes for the order to be finished so it could finally be delivered.
