I thought soup was on the menu ..When I asked for a bowl of soup, I was told they didn't have any...
Evertytime I order a pickup order, I never receive at least one item and never get a refund.
This now the 3rd time I’ve scheduled a mobile order for lunch and they don’t have it ready on time. I was standing at the mobile order pickup shelf for almost 10 mins (while no one acknowledged me) until I got fed up and went to the counter and asked about my order. The attendant asks his coworker if it was done yet, to which she refers to a receipt that’s been sitting on the bar since I got there, and said that it was “next to be made” I didn’t get an apology, and this is now the 3rd time this has happened. My sub was really good, however I paid for extra ( double)meat & extra cheese and received neither of them.
Subway is expensive and the steak is flavorless... Bread was tough but not stale... Cheese was a lil funky and not in a good way.... Instead of paying celebrities to run adds they need to improve there menu.... Also none of those footlongs need to be over 699... ever bc wal mart subs are pretty decent and once jersey mikes comes down in randolph subway is in for trouble
