Ordered a DoorDash and when I wanted to call and see which one it was sent to because I was having complications each time my phone call was answered it was responded with a bunch of computer noises and ringing.I was never able to get hold of an employee and figure out my order. Maybe you guys should fix your phones or actually answer when a customer is calling.
I am a hospitality person, and typically have never had a problem at this location up until the other day. Ordered DOUBLE MEAT and when I got home, the portion wasn’t even extra meat, it was barely the normal amount. How TF do you repeat the double meat charge at the counter but you didn’t prepare the sub anywhere near double meat. I do not complain but would have said something if I dined in. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER FOR DELIVERY. 2ND TIME MY COMBO ITEMS WERE NOT DELIVERED. I CALLED SUBWAY BOTH TIMES AND THEY APPEAR TO BLAME IT ON DOORDASH INSTEAD OF MAKING SURE ALL ITEMS ARE PICKED UP WITH THE ORDER. PISS POOR MANAGEMENT AND SERVICE!!!
Went in to pick up my online order and it said It was already picked up and they couldn't find the order. The order slip was still hanging there they didn't even start it. There was hardly any veg. On it. She got one that was supposed to be extra on all veg's. But there was hardly any on it, mine was missing lettuce. The place was very unprofessional.
