Tried to go in to get food for my family at 7:32pm on a Thursday night. The door shows they are open until 10pm Monday through Friday. Went to walk in and the worker said, "We are closed."

A couple of weeks ago I went to this location. The manager was yelling at the employee working there in front of me. She seemed almost proud to be yelling at him. She was in some sort of meltdown about the meatballs. He is always so nice when I go in there so this was really disturbing. In the last year this location has really gone downhill. Thank you Joy! She went above and beyond to make 49 box lunches for our team building event last week. She was friendly to talk to over the phone, reassured us she could and would make the large order that day! The lunches were nicely prepared and packaged in a box and were yummy! She even drove one bag of sandwiches that were forgotten by the third party delivery person to make sure all the sandwiches were there on time. Thank you!
