Mobile order was wrong— phones are broken so you cannot call- staff insisted we had to correct it in the app- told them that’s not possible- the refused to provide contact for the owners or for management— told us to come back that is was above her pay grade to assist. Worst customer service experience and it seems to be a trend. They treat you like crap and mess up your order and refuse to do anything to remedy the issue.
Entered inside at 8.33. She (A woman working inside) isn’t accepting cash. Only card. Then she told she is going to close so “ No cash”. Never coming back.
ordered some take out and ended up sick after getting bad food. don't dine at this location.
Mobile ordered. They got the order wrong, delivery person was great; and apparently NOBODY PICKS UP THE PHONE. Sandwich missing items, not toasted. How can I get a refund if no one answers?
