If it were the first time, it'd be nothing. This is my third order with stale bread. I specifically told the employee beforehand the bread was stale. My daughter literally ripping the sandwich. I tried calling, no answer
I was not happy with my visit here. The store was dirty. The tables were dirty. The restrooms were out of order. They didn’t have napkins to offer. They didn’t allow me to use my app for points. I forgot to use my app when I was paying. I went back up to explain that to them and they told me it was too late and I lost out. My husband and I left and we were actually able to submit it by our receipt. We will never go back here.
Ordered a tuna footlong, employee misheard and went to put grilled chicken on it then looked at me funny when I repeatedly said tuna like they didn’t know what that was. Rude when they asked what sauce I wanted on it. Won’t be back at that Subway
Didn't have any bags and they shorted me on my change and woman fixing my sandwich act like she couldn't hear
