Me, my brother and my niece are here every Sunday, and I order the same thing, but tonight, the server had some recommendations. I replied with, "I will enjoy whatever you decide to prepare for me." she made me a very delicious meal, and now I look forward to my next mystery meal she makes us feel welcomed every time we arrive. The food is great, and the customer service is above and beyond.
I usually don't mind subway but when I ask for extra ingredients and I only get a few (like 3 onions when I ask for extra(on the app) of those ingredients I am kinda annoyed and will only be going to the other downtown puyallup location from now on.
Typically, the bread is fresh. In my previous experience working at Subway, I understand they sometimes retain bread from the prior day. However, this bread was exceptionally dry, burnt, and stale. Employees should recognize the rising cost of food and strive to provide the highest quality for their customers. This was a waste of money, especially the time wasted. What a let down.
Please tell your employees to read the notes section for online orders. It’s printed on the top of the receipt. I ask every time for a certain meat not be put on my sandwich (it comes on the bmt, no way to order without it) and it’s always put on. It costs the owners more money and I just throw it away.. please please just read the notes.
