So I gave this location a try again and will not be going back number one. They don’t take any of the online coupons, but that’s not my issue. My issue is with the freshness of the bread. I purchased an ultimate BMT not toasted just regular bread as you can see on my receipt and the bread was not toasted when I got it I can tell the bread was super old or have been sitting out because it was just hard not toasted. She put my sandwich in the toaster and didn’t even turn it on. My sandwich is definitely not toasted like I ordered . Not even a crunch . This location sucks . AVOID
My son in law ordered food on line and spent $50 When he went to get his order that was PAID FOR…. The order was gone… he verified he was at the correct location and even showed the woman that he paid for the food order…. All the woman would say is “No no…” My son in law called the subway store twice only to be hung up on….TWICE!!! $50 is a a good chunk of change to spend on Subway….. RUDE!
The lady working on 1/17/2025 was incredibly rude. I ordered 3 meals for me and my family and when I arrived to pick them up..they weren’t there. I made sure it was the correct subway and in fact it was. She even took my phone and looked and made sure I was at the right one. My husband called and when he asked where the order was she hung up on him. I called back 20 mins later to ask for a manager to do something about this and was hung up on 2 times.
