Bread was hard like it wasn't fresh. Took way too long to pick up sandwiches that were pre-ordered the day before. 2 hours over-promised time and the employees acted as though it was no big deal.
They are closed 20 minutes early! Seriously!
The food is fresh and the restaurant is very clean.
