Received wrong order and when calling to get it corrected was told repeatedly to, "wait one second," while left on speaker where I could hear other conversations. Waited for about 10 minutes like that until they were about to ask me to wait again. I cut them off explaining I've been waiting to speak to someone. They finally spoke to me saying they could do nothing unless the delivery driver brought back the food.
I placed my order at the wrong location and have been calling and calling the store and they keep hanging up on me or ignoring the calls. I finally got in touch with someone and they were very very rude. And I could hear the "supervisor" in the background saying "well thats not our fault its her fault" it was very rude and ugly tone. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak. It was the worst tasting food. They put very minimal toppings. You can almost count the shreds of lettuce. The bread must’ve been two days old. This is the worst subway in Brazoria county The manager there just does not care at all
Dude making the sandwiches with the accent presume to be a manager named Franco has the nastiest attitude ask this clown to separate the bacon when you put it on a sandwich he had an attitude from the start would never go here again and I’ve lived down the street from this location for years didn’t miss anything not going. If you go that’s on you I can’t trust my food in the hands of a temperamental person.
Austin was amazing! My grandmother and I went in for a quick bite and he being the only work, had a lobby full and handled everything quickly and professionally. He never looked stress and his manners shinned thru(: we appreciate him & kindness
