2 people ahead of a door dasher. But 3 people came in as the last person was at register. Doordasher had to wait for the following 3 people to get help, doordasher had to wait almost 30 minutes. Have more staff. Apparently doordashers have to wait for all customers in line to be done to finally get there order started. Some BS, should be first come first serve.
nobody even showed up for over 20 minutes.
After having horrible experiences working at another subway in great falls they sent me to this one. The one with the big 2.8 rating and let me tell you, this subway has to be the dirtiest one in town. When I arrived to do dishes or clean I discovered that the manager didn't even know you could take apart the tomato slicer and it had months of grime build up from old tomatoes, every tomato you eat here, you eat from a slicer that hasn't been properly cleaned in months. 11/12/2024 1:25 pm two women were working. Sandwich was prepared quickly. Didn't receive a napkin. Marinara meatball sandwiches can be a bit messy. Napkin dispenser next to the soda dispenser was completely empty. Stood at the counter waiting to ask for napkins, but the two women were busy assembling sandwiches and didn't acknowledge me. I did a online order tonight for that's six sandwichest, I am missing one of my 6 in sandwich and I did not get my double meet on two of them but was charge for it not to happy. I also try callinging no one pick up so I left a voiceml mail as will
