I rarely leave negative reviews, but this location is consistently one of the worst I’ve experienced. Orders are often wrong or missing, sandwiches burned, and no effort made to correct mistakes. Staff are unfriendly, unmotivated, and act inconvenienced by customers. One older woman who is there almost every time I visit seems like she must be the manager simply because she shows up — but she sets a very poor example and clearly needs significant customer service training. Fast, polite staff
I was very well taken care of. Thank y'all for being great at service. Phil gives the best service and makes my sandwich the best. The manager is very rude and inconsiderate. Maybe she should find a new job where she can't be abusive towards others. She's so mean she won't give her name, because she has something to hide. Just plain mean. I hope more report her mean behaviors.
