Recently ordered a sandwich and they mixed up mine with someone else's. Tried to call them and was answered by a pre recorded message. The next day was informed they will not comp the sandwich because I didn't return the same day. On top of that they have new employees everyday who don't know what they are doing. Prices have gone up while quality has got worse and worse
They put hot honey all over my sandwich!!! I called to get it sorted out and no one is answering the phone.

This is one of my all- time favorite Subways. It's always clean and the service is always great.
