Order online, didn’t give me all of my order, so I call twice, no answer, and their voicemail is full, so I drive across town for someone to tell me they don’t carry those anymore. And I don’t get a refund unless I know how to work the app that no other worker in the store knows how to use either. This subway is a joke
I recently placed an order for a Baja rotisserie and a steak sandwich, requesting extra toppings for both items, for which I paid in full. As I work the third shift and have just completed my studies, I was looking forward to enjoying this meal.
