As a GrubHub plus customer, I am furious that they took the order and then they canceled the order because they were too busy to be able to do delivery when called. They had a full mailbox so they were not accepting calls. I imagine that means calls for orders as well And since they are the only subway in Columbus on GrubHub, I believe they Should be removed from GrubHub plus and closed
imagine you’ve been outside in the hot sun from 8 am to 11:30 am at band camp and all you want to do is eat a snowcone and have lunch INSIDE. Then when you walk into subway they kick you out for having a beverage/snowcone with you. What kind of policy is that like genuinely? You’re kicking out paying customers.
