This is the slowest subway I’ve been to. Usually only one person working.
Ordered via the app. App said “ready by 11:45 AM”. At 12:05 PM the employee said she would make my order next. She told every online order customer the same thing as they approached the counter. At least 3 online order customers that arrived after me received their orders before me. When others referred to the delay, employee said something vague about policy and the business of the location.
