Very poor management. They purposely are understaffed here (one person per shift typically) leaving one person to manage a line of people while also doing many other tasks. Not only that, but the quality of food is insanely low at this location. The cookies are always disgustingly stale when I come in, they don’t practice food safety, and the workers (including management) have poor customer service and are just flat out rude. I do not recommend.
Ordered a Meatball Pepperoni and spent 15$ just for you guys to mess up a 3 ingredient sandwich. Meatball, Pepperoni, and cheese. Please explain to me how you can forget one of the 3 ingredients
I cam to this location at 4:45 pm and the doors were locked. The employee whom opened the door said that his machine was down and he couldn't do much, so he closed
